No. Your star rating, inspection data, and abuse alert status are determined exclusively by CMS and cannot be changed through this site.
My facility has an abuse citation -- can I remove it?
No. We display CMS data as published. If the citation is incorrect, you should contact CMS directly to dispute the inspection finding. We do offer a public response feature (Verified tier) where you can provide context for your CMS data.
How is NursingHomeUSA different from other referral sites?
